Our consultation theme is 'Join us - together we can make a difference'.

In October 2008 the Trust established a Members' Forum to act as a focal point for active membership and to help embed membership activities across the Trust.  This has demonstrated the Trust's responsiveness to issues that are important to members and provides an opportunity for patients and the public to question senior clinicians and managers about topical issues and areas of concern.  If you'd like to join, email plh-tr.Foundation-Trust@nhs.net.

Tripartite Formal Agreement
The Tripartite Formal Agreement confirms the commitment being made by the Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust, the South West Strategic Health Authority and the Department of Health to enable us to achieve Foundation Trust status before 1 April 2014.  Download the Tripartite Formal Agreement.
