Weight Watchers

Workshops at DCHW every Wednesday at 5.30pm and 7pm. 

Come along to our fun friendly and informative workshops.

Come into the Centre and experience a range of classes varying from high intensity interval training sessions, fat burning Kettle Bells, energetic Zumba classes to calm, peaceful Pilates classes.

Many different classes to suit every ability. Best thing about it, you don't have to be a member to attend any of our classes, so come and try it for yourself.

Off-Key Singing Club

Monday at 6pm - £3.00 per session

Stitch & Knit Craft Club

Every Wednesday 4.30pm - 7pm

Whether you're an expert knitter, crochet-er, crafter or a keen novice, you're welcome to come and join us! It's a great chance to see what other like-minded people are creating, find some new patterns or learn and be inspired.

Come and share your love of crafting and share your skills whilst adding a social element to your favourite craft.

Each month at DCHW we hold short, informative talks by professionals regarding all things health related.

From sleep and stress to bowel and boob health - we cover it all!

No need to book, just come along - refreshments provided.
