Marjon 4 Week Exercise Programme
Marjon are pleased to offer a pilot group-based exercise programme which runs for 4 weeks consecutively. Marjon are able to offer patients the chance to work with an instructor and a 3rd year sports student in a 1 hour per week programme. There are various activities available for you to try and you will work on your own personal fitness programme to help you reach your goal. Different session day/times available. There are also options for you to progress once the programme has finished.

Merlin Fitness 8 Week Exercise Programme
Beth at Merlin Fitness offers a Free 8 Week Exercise Programme on a Wednesdays from 14:30 to 15:45. Her unique approach to exercise will hopefully leave you feeling motivated and energised.
- A gentle group-based exercise programme to get you back on your feet
- A great starting point to getting active again after your treatment with help and guidance to make sure that you are doing the right things and not overdoing things
- An opportunity to connect with a group of like-minded, supportive friends, where you can share, laugh and have fun - all whilst getting fitter
If you are not able to attend each week there’s no need to worry as you can continue from where you left off. Beth is also able to offer the programme outside of this time if the time does not suit.
