Workforce Monitoring
-
Our Commitment
The Trust is committed to ensuring it has complete and meaningful workforce data which is used to identify trends and activity in order to promote equality in the workplace.
-
What have we done so far?
The Trust has an ongoing programme of work to ensure that all staff personnel records are accurate and up to date and recognise that some employees choose the option "I do not wish to disclose" with regards to the protected characteristics.
-
What will we do in the future?
The Trust has an ongoing commitment to provide high quality information on the Trust’s workforce profile. A validation exercise to cleanse current data will be undertaken during 2012.
