Introduction to the Service Improvement Team
At Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust we are committed to the continuous improvement of our existing clinical, corporate and administrative services. Improvement is an essential component in ensuring the delivery of high quality care to our patients.
The programme of continuous improvement at Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust is supported by a Service Improvement Team. The team, headed up by Debbie Taylor, is made up of Service Improvement Managers and Clinical Systems Engineers who provide expertise, support and facilitation to local teams in the redesign and improvement of existing services.
The team also work in collaboration with external colleagues such as GPs practices and Social Services to ensure that the changes we make are improvements for all concerned.
