A diagnosis of sarcoma is naturally accompanied by a great deal of anxiety. Patients are taken out of their everyday life and confronted with possible fears and uncertainty.

The Sarcoma Team is acutely aware of this and aims to offer as much support as possible.

The key member of the team in this respect is the Clinical Nurse Specialist who has many years experience.
