The Bereavement Administration Service is here to help relatives when a patient has died in hospital.  We guide relatives through the practical aspects that follow the death of a loved one.

We co-ordinate all of the paperwork that needs to be completed after someone’s death, such as the medical cause of death certificate and any necessary cremation forms. 

Ward staff will advise you how to contact the Bereavement Administrator if you need help.
