
AC2E Foundations
Our 3 building blocks to give you a strong foundation to your leadership. Each workshop lasts between 60 – 90 minutes and focuses on three specific perspectives on leadership; self, team and organisational culture. These will be offered regularly over the course of May and then continued as the starting point of UHP leadership journeys.

Struggling to balance the needs of your team with your own? Understand why leading others means caring for and understanding yourself first and foremost. Self-care to have the resilience to lead, move on to emotionally intelligent leadership and courage to lead.
2# Connection & Trust
Key ingredients to take your team from good to great. Belonging - the need to be connected to others around them at work, and to feel valued, respected and supported. Learn why this is so important in teams and how to provide the right opportunities for connection
3# Cultivation of safety and appreciation
The grass grows where you water it! Growing civility and empathy as cultural norms by creating the conditions that encourage and reward appreciation, civility, compassion and excellence in a safe, learning environment
