Advent Day 1

Image of Stevie Spence Stevie Spence - Putting Patients First

Her nominator said:

"Our Healthcare Assistants put patients first every hour of every day, but Stevie truly goes that extra mile. She knows that the hospital setting isn't where her patients want to be and has taken it upon herself to make their stays comfortable.

"Through fundraising Stevie has been able to not only pamper patients with a foot spa, she also organised for a juke box to be on the ward!

"She shows the upmost compassion to patients with dementia, selfless commitment to those that are end of life, and has recognised how the seemingly small things go a long way for those under her care."
