matron harriet beard Hello, my name is Harriet Beard and I am the Matron for the Clinical Decisions Unit and both the Paediatric and Adult Emergency Departments.

Visiting the Emergency Department can be a stressful time for both patients and visitors and I'm keen to improve our services to help relieve some of this stress.

The Emergency Department is currently under a great deal of pressure and hearing positive stories would also be a great boost for our staff. I'm constantly looking for ways we can improve the services we provide. I welcome comments, compliments, and constructive feedback, both positive and negative, and look forward to hearing from you soon.
