Can I get some training?

We run two, two-hour courses as part of the Manager's Passport.

An Introduction to Quality Improvement (QI)

This course is designed to help staff with little knowledge of QI to those individuals who have so QI experience, but would like to enhance their skills. 

Project Management Fundamentals

This session will provide you with an understanding of good project management practice and the benefits of undertaking projects.
