Nursing Agency Agreement
Following a successful selection event in partnership with Health Trust Europe, the Devonwide STP has agreed a Preferred Supplier List for all NHS nursing agency requirements.
The Term of this Contract shall be initially for a period of 12 months, followed by two further periods of 12 months as optional extensions. Any nursing agencies who have not been awarded via this process will not be permitted to supply to any NHS organisation in the Devonwide STP unless formally invited to do, and in agreement with all NHS Devonwide STP members. In consideration of this agreement, all NHS organisations in the Devonwide STP respectfully ask that unsolicited nursing agency approaches are not made.
