Hello my name is Jenny Pitt and I am Matron for Obstetrics and gynaecology, orthopaedics and REI theatres.

I am passionate about safe, quality care and positive patient experiences and therefore would really like to hear from you, whether you are a patient or a family member. I would like to hear about your experience, be it a great example of care, or something that needs improving – this can be the little things that made a big difference to you either positively or negatively. Direct patient and family feedback is so powerful and leads to improvements in our services, and positive feedback really does give great opportunities for morale boosts for our staff.
