General information:Professor Archer is a part time Community Consultant Paediatrician at the University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust and Director of Educational Research at the Plymouth University Peninsula Schools of Medicine and Dentistry.
General areas of expertise:Professor Archer works with children, young people and their families with neurodevelopmental and neurodisabling conditions as part of a multidisciplinary team at the Child Development Centre, Scott Business Park within the University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust.
Particular areas of expertise:Professor Archer has a particular interest in neurodevelopmental/behavioural conditions and associated mental health problems. These include Autism, ADHD and attachment disorders. He works closely with colleagues in CAMHS to support children and young people with these complex problems.
