Professor Claire Bethune
Consultant Clinical Immunologist
Dr Bethune is an Honorary Professor in the University of Plymouth and University Hospital Plymouth Sub Dean for the Medical School. She is clinical lead for the Peninsula Immunology and allergy service and National Specialty Advisor for specialised immunology and allergy services for NHS England. She works at the Department of Allergy and Immunology at Derriford Hospital, providing care to patients with immunodeficiency and allergy from across the South West Peninsula. The unit is fully accredited with the Quality in Primary Immunodeficiency Services and Improving Quality in Allergy Services accreditation schemes.
