Directions to BRIC MRI

The Brain Research and Imaging Centre (BRIC) is at the DDRC Hyperbaric Medical Centre, close to Derriford Hospital. The turn off is on Derriford Road at the Plymouth Science Park.

Approaching from Derriford Road

• Drive along Derriford Road.
• Ignore both Hospital turn offs.
• Take the third right, at the second set of traffic lights, into Research Way (you will see a small sign to the Hyperbaric Medical Centre where you need to turn).

 

• On Research Way you will see a large stone structure with the Plymouth Science Park (PSP) logo on the left. On the right, you will see the PSP building.

 

 

• Drive down Research Way and take the second right (there will be a small sign on your left pointing right to the Hyperbaric Medical Centre).

 

 

• The DDRC Hyperbaric Medical Centre is the red brick building on the left. Drive to the end of this building.

 

 

• The BRIC building is at the end of the parking spaces on your left.

 

Press the buzzer button marked “MRI Control Room” on the left of the front door and wait for us to answer.

Parking

There are two spaces close to the BRIC building marked MRI. If these are full, then please park in any other available space close to these.

There are no parking charges for patients with appointments.
