General information:  

I have been practising as a consultant ophthalmic surgeon since January 2011, initially at the Manchester Royal Eye Hospital and later in Bradford. In July 2014 I have joined the excellent team of health professionals at the Plymouth’s Royal Eye Infirmary. My main interest  lies in further development of our  macular services, especially to increase its capacity and patient satisfaction. 

General areas of expertise:
- Cataract Surgery
- General & Acute Ophthalmology

Particular areas of expertise:
-    diagnosis & treatment of retinal pathology, especially age-related macular degeneration, retinal vascular diseases and diabetic retinopathy
-    diagnosis & treatment of ocular inflammation (uveitis)
-    ocular laser treatments
