NHS Careers Hub at City College Open Day
On Saturday 10th May, Angelika from the UHP General Recruitment Team attended the City College Open Day to support students and families exploring future career and education opportunities within the NHS.
The event attracted a wide range of visitors, including parents who brought their children - many still in the early stages of secondary school - to begin thinking about their next steps in education. Some families came with specific questions about what courses or qualifications would lead to roles in the NHS, while others were at the very beginning of their journey and unsure where to start.
Angelika was on hand to offer guidance on the wide variety of roles available within the NHS, the different educational paths that can lead to these careers, and the support available to students through the NHS Careers Hub.
