Dr Sherafghan Ghauri
Consultant Interventional Radiologist
Dr Sherafghan Ghauri is a Consultant Interventional Radiologist with over a decade of experience in the NHS. He graduated from medical training in Bristol, UK, in 2014, before moving to Plymouth to complete specialist radiology training, with advanced subspecialty training in Interventional Radiology. Dr Ghauri joined the trust as a consultant in 2023 and is skilled in performing minimally invasive, image-guided procedures that help diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions with nominal recovery times.

Education & Training: Dr Ghauri is actively involved in the supervision and training of resident doctors at University Hospitals Plymouth (UHP) NHS Trust as well as medical students from Plymouth Medical School.
