Dr R Herbert
Consultant in Renal Medicine
Dr Herbert graduated from Birmingham University in 2006. She undertook her training within the South West of England and started work in Derriford in 2013. Dr Herbert is involved in delivering acute and chronic nephrology care, including CKD and dialysis. She undertakes all aspects of renal transplant work including working with the Oxford team on the Pancreas programme. She also works with rheumatology aiming to provide a joint Renal - Rheumatology clinic. Dr Herbert contributes to the acute medical take on the Medical Admissions Unit. She is also part of the Postgraduate Medical Education team focussing on the delivery of Medical Education within the Trust.

MBChB, MRCP (nephrol), PGCE (Med Ed)
