He qualified from Brighton and Sussex Medical School in 2009. He undertook specialist training in Anaesthesia from 2012 onwards, and completed an Advanced Pain fellowship in 2017-2018 at University Hospitals Plymouth, and the Royal Devon and Exeter hospital.
