General information:

Dr Lloyd graduated from the University of Liverpool Medical School in 2008 and commenced general radiology training at the Peninsula Radiology Academy in 2010. He undertook subspecialty training in Breast Radiology and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists in 2015. He also holds a degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Edinburgh. Dr Lloyd joined Derriford Hospital as a Consultant Radiologist in October 2015.

General areas of expertise:

• Breast imaging
• General radiology (CT, ultrasound and plain film)

Particular areas of expertise:

Screening and symptomatic breast and axillary imaging and diagnostics procedures (including mammography, ultrasound, stereotactic procedures, pre-operative localisation and breast MRI)
