Being in hospital is a daunting experience and as a team we strive to ensure a patient’s experience is as positive as it can be during these difficult times. I am passionate about ensuring our patients and their family members receive good quality care and communication during their inpatient stays.
I would always encourage patients and their families to share their experiences with us as this can help drive improvements that may need to be made, as well as positive feedback which has a valuable impact on staff morale.
