Dr Philipps graduated from The University of Manchester in 2004. She completed her postgraduate training in paediatrics in Oxford and the South West, with special interests in neonatology and clinical education.
Dr Philipps has been a Consultant Neonatologist at Derriford Hospital since 2016.
