How to refer

We are only able to accept Doctor-to-Doctor referrals.  When making a referral, please use the NHS e-Referral Service or contact us directly.

We would be grateful if you could include the following information:

GP Practice detail
Patient Demographics
Clinical information and urgency
Associated pathology or imaging tests
Any other patient-specific information
