In response to the most recent communication from the Infected Blood Inquiry (IBI) published 9th July 2025, University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust (UHPNT) has established a dedicated mailbox to support individuals seeking information related to the inquiry.

If you are contacting us about yourself or another individual, please ensure that you provide the following information in your correspondence to us:

Full name and date of birth of the individual

NHS number or hospital number (if known)

Proof of identification or evidence of consent to act on the individual’s behalf (e.g. legal representative or executor of estate)
