UHP have seen an increase diversity in all of our protected groups year on year. We recognise that embedding equality, diversity and inclusion into everything we do is the cornerstone of creating a working environment where people are treated with respect, dignity, kindness and compassion. We are all unique and being able to bring our wholeselves to work is so important and creates sense of that we belonging.
