The COVID-19 pandemic has placed significant pressures on NHS services and exacerbated the already long waiting lists. We know that waiting for an appointment and/or treatment is difficult and we are grateful for your patience and for bearing with us.
We are working hard to reduce our waiting times and ensure our patients are treated or seen as quickly as possible. As part of this, we are asking everyone who is currently on a waiting list to complete the following survey to understand whether you still wish to go ahead with your appointment and what support might be useful while you are waiting.
About the survey
- The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes.
- We would be grateful if you could respond within 14 days of the communication from us.
- You will need your NHS number. Find your NHS number.
