Title: Consultant Anaesthetist, one of Trust Leads for Learning from Excellence
Qualifications: MBChB with Honours, BSc (Hons) (First class), MSc Clin Ed, FRCA
General information:
Dr Crossingham has been a Consultant Anaesthetist at the Trust since 2016. She trained at University of Bristol and has worked in London and Cheltenham before embarking on her anaesthetic training in the South west.
She has a special interest in obstetrics and regularly work in the emergency theatre.
She is also passionate about our “Say Thank You and Learn from Excellence” concept, whereby patients and staff can thank staff for positively contributing to care. This can support the growth of improved morale, enables staff to feel valued and appreciated and reinforces positive behaviour. It also enables organisational learning from things that go well.
