Class Descriptions

ALL OVER BODY WORKOUT - Combining resistance training with cardio work, circuit training incorporates short, sharp bursts of activity at a variety of stations. Challenging all aspects of fitness, it’s your one-stop shop to a fitter you.
BODY COMBAT - Ultimate Les Mills martial arts based workout combining moves from a range of self-defence disciplines. This workout will have you "Fighting Fit" in record time!
BODY PUMP - Designed to transform your body by developing strength and endurance in major muscle groups and in doing so, burn calories and tone your body.
BOXFIT - Defend yourself! Boxfit is inspired by boxing training techniques and methods. This is a class that will empower you. Jab, hook and cross you way to fitness with this fun and innovative class.
CYCLE - Take your indoor cycling experience to the next level! In this intermediate class you will climb a little more and a little longer.   
HIIT - A interval training workout including both cardiovascular and resistance training.
HIIT SPEED - A 30 minute class aimed at improving your CV fitness with high intensity interval based training in the functional area of our gym. Use a mixture of cutting edge modern CV equipment and bodyweight exercises to push yourself to the limit!
HIIT ENDURANCE - A 50 minute class that will build your CV and muscular endurance with resistance, CV and bodyweight exercises. If you're looking for variety in your training and to get fit and tone up, this is the class for you.
KETTLEBELLS - Get your body in perfect shape with this full body workout targeting those problem areas : bum, thighs and abs.
PURE ABS - You can get a more defined waist line and a flatter stomach by joining our abs class. You will feel your core muscles getting tougher and your abs becoming leaner. 
PILATES - Fantastic for strengthening and balancing the muscles of the body helping to rehabilitate and prevent injury as well as improve postural strength.
SH’BAM - Fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout – no dance experience required. 
YOGA - An ancient art based on a harmonising system of development for the body, mind and spirit.
YOGAFLEX - A discipline that includes breathing exercises and bodily postures to help increase muscle strength, improve flexibility and increase energy and vitality.
ZUMBA - Dance fitness class fusing Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness programme which is fun!

    We recommend you wear comfortable clothing and trainers that provide adequate stability and flexibility.
