If your query is regarding results availability please check ICM or ICE in the first instance.
We are unable to accept add-on requests via phone, other than for haematology and coagulation. Add-on request forms can be found on Staff Hub by searching DCL. If you are calling from an external site or require an urgent result, please choose option 1.
