How to Refer

We are currently only able to accept Doctor-to-Doctor referrals.  When making a referral, please use the NHS e-Referral Service or contact us directly.

It would be helpful if you could include the following information:

GP Practice detail
Patient Demographics
Clinical information and urgency
Associated pathology or imaging tests
Any other relevant patient-specific information
