We are looking for two Non-Executive Directors, one clinical and one with a background in IM&T/digital, and two developmental Associate Non-Executive Director roles. We are looking to improve the breadth and diversity of our Board and welcome all applications.

Non-Executive Director (Clinical)

The Trust is looking for an exceptional and experienced clinician to join our Board and play a full role in Board discussions/decisions and in particular champion safety and quality from a non executive and expert perspective. We welcome applications from doctors, nurses, midwives and allied health professionals. We are at an exciting juncture, with our new clinical strategy nearing publication, setting out our collective vision for the clinical services we provide both within and beyond the hospital setting. This has been developed with the input of our clinicians right across the Trust, as well as reaching out to clinicians working in the community. It is supported by well developed plans for significant hospital developments and the procurement of an Electronic Patient Record to support the realisation of our clinical strategy and deliver integrated care that responds to the needs of the communities we serve. We feel passionate about the opportunities this affords us, and are looking for a NED that shares this passion and vision.

Non Executive Director

We are looking for a Non Executive Director to join our Board as we take forward the next phase of our ambitious plans for the Trust, on behalf of the populations we serve. This involves significant capital developments and the procurement of an Electronic Patient Record, which is a major step forward in our exciting, organisational wide programme of digital and clinical transformation, with huge potential to improve safety and quality, drive efficiency savings and help us better integrate care not only with the EPR itself but also the Augmented Intelligence it will facilitate. We are therefore particularly interested in hearing from individuals with expertise and experience in overseeing IM&T/digital developments, delivered at scale and transformational in nature.

We are also interested in hearing from exceptional candidates with other skills and passions they can bring to our Trust as we continue on our improvement journey to be a leading integrator of health and care services to optimise health and wellbeing and redress health inequities in partnership with others, as well as transformation and innovation experience in other complex areas/sectors.
