Theresia Makatile

Hello, my name is Theresia Makatile. I am the matron for Hepatology and Renal Services. I began my nursing career in 2002, and I started working for UHP in 2014.

I am relatively new to the role of the matron but receiving feedback is key to learning and improving, which is why the #MeetTheMatron campaign is important. Within Hepatology and Renal services, we aim to improve patient experience and provide compassionate care, so hearing about your experience is of great importance to us. It is through your feedback that we can improve our standards for you, and for future patients.
