Clinical Engineering offer Veterinary Practices a local comprehensive maintenance service including a Service Level Agreements and ad-hoc medical equipment repairs. Clinical Engineering aim is to ensure your medical equipment including specialist veterinary equipment, is kept in good working order, end of life disposal and advice on replacement devices. Our workshop at Derriford Hospital maintain a wide range of medical devices like:

Our service level agreements are designed to support you with a cost effective solution. As part of our contract with you we will supply :

• Pre-purchase assessment and advice
• Annual inspections
• Onsite maintenance for larger equipment 
• Calibration of patient monitors e.g. blood pressure monitors
• Repairs for portable items at our well-quipped workshop
• IEC 62353 Electrical Safety Checks
• Equipment Disposal advice

We also offer short term maintenance contracts, performance testing services and ad-hoc one-off equipment repairs from our workshops in Derriford Hospital.
