What’s changing
Windsor House Phlebotomy Hub is moving to an appointment-only system from 6 October 2025.
This means you must book a time slot before you come.
Why we are making this change

To reduce long queues and waiting times

To make the service more comfortable and less stressful

To help our staff plan ahead so patients are seen on time
How to book your appointment
Online booking (main option)

Select Phlebotomy, Windsor House.

Choose your time and confirm.

You’ll get an email/text confirmation and reminders.
Other important information

Some specialist tests must be done at Derriford Outpatients, your GP or hospital team will advise.

You can change or cancel your appointment online if needed.

Windsor House supports local GP services; it does not replace phlebotomy in GP surgeries.

There is allocated parking for visitors at the front of the building.
Parking for patients is free for the first two hours.
Please give your car registration number at reception on arrival. Parking is free for Disabled badge holders.
