We are seeing more missed appointments at the Child Development Centre, which means longer waits for everyone. Please help us by keeping us informed.
Can’t make the appointment?

Please call us as soon as you can – even if it’s a phone or video appointment, or if it’s at school or home.

Changed your mind?
If you no longer need the appointment, just let us know so we can offer it to another family.
What happens if you don’t turn up?

If you miss an appointment without letting us know, your child may be removed from the waiting list.

We might not be able to rebook unless your GP or referrer asks us to.

If children are often missing appointments, we may need to discuss this with teams who work with us to safeguard children in case extra support is needed.
Let us know if:

You’ve moved or changed your phone number or GP (you need to tell us for each child).

You’ve moved out of the area – we might need to refer you elsewhere.

You no longer need our support.
