Critical incident stood down
We wanted to thank you - our local community - for your support during the period Industrial Action and Critical Incident. Both are now finished.
We asked people to #HelpUsHelpYou by only attending the Emergency Department if you had a serious or life-threatening condition and using other services, such as NHS 111, for urgent care.
We did see a small change in the way the Emergency Department was used over the weekend, which helped our staff deliver emergency care to those who really needed it.
