The Freedom to Speak Up Guardians operate independently, impartially, and objectively to support all staff within our organisation to raise any concerns that they may have.
Our workplace People Champions are people who have a passion for fairness, justice, inclusivity and/or health and wellbeing; and want to support their colleagues in being as engaged, recognised and as well as they possibly can be.

Plymouth is a vibrant waterfront city packed full of attractions and with something for everyone to enjoy. Right on the doorstep of Dartmoor national park and within touching distance of Cornwall, Plymouth has some incredible attractions from the UK’s largest aquarium to exciting museum and galleries, cinemas and theatres, great waterfront eateries and nightlife to suit every taste. It has a rich and eclectic history with fascinating local sites to explore and discover.
We have very limited hospital accommodation on site, which is only suitable for short-term stays and single units. This is not suitable for families.

Children in the south west benefit from not only a great education but also the opportunity to spend quality time outdoors. Plymouth has three grammar schools and a medical and healthcare college for those wishing to progress to careers in those sectors.
