Former Chair of Cardiff and District NHS Trust, Ms Thistleton is now a specialist in leadership development. The Director of Maine Partnership Ltd, Ms Thistleton works alongside leaders from most UK public sectors, providing consultation in personal and organisation development. Ms Thistleton started her NHS career as a nurse and has held various nursing appointments in England and Wales, including Assistant Director of Nursing in Gwent. She has also held a number of voluntary Chair and Trustee appointments in educational, children’s and arts charities.
