Food
Delilah's at the Postgrad Medical Centre
A staff only café based in the Postgraduate Medical Centre. It is open from 7:30am to 3:30pm on weekdays. It serves a range of hot and cold drinks and freshly prepared breakfast and lunch options. It also has outside seating where they are happy to accommodate packed lunches.
Fresh from Warrens Cafe
Located on the main concourse of the hospital on Level 6, it is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A selection of hot and cold options are available.
Fresh from Warrens
A smaller outlet on Level 3 Fresh from Warrens. This café is open from 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday only, and serves a range of the Fresh from Warren’s hot and cold meal and snack options.
Goodness at Greens
Located on Level 7. It is the hospitals main restaurant and it caters for visitors, patients and staff. It is open from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and early supper with hot and cold options throughout the day.
Goodness at Greens has a second outlet in the Terence Lewis Building on Level 5 for staff only. It sells a selection of hot and cold options between 8am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
The Lounge
Located at the Derriford Centre for Health and Wellbeing. It serves tea and coffee from 8:30am and also offers a breakfast (8:30am to 11am) and lunch (11:30am to 2pm) menu. Find out more about The Lounge
M&S Simply Food
Located next to the hospital’s main entrance on Level 6. It is open 7 days a week from 7am to 8:30pm, Monday to Friday and Weekends from 7:30am to 8:30pm. The shop sells a range of sandwiches, salads, drinks, snacks, fruit and convenience foods.
League of Friends Shop
This shop provides fruit, dried fruit and nuts, water, a variety of small gifts and other useful items. All profit from the shop is donated to the League’s Charitable Funds and used to purchase hospital equipment and improve patient care. This is located on level 6, near the main entrance and is open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday from midday until 4pm.
WHS Smith
Located on Level 6, further up from the Fresh from Warrens cafe on the right. It has a wide selection snacks, sandwiches and a range of cold drinks. It is open Monday to Friday, 7am to 9pm and Weekends from 8am to 7pm.
Bircham Park Multi Storey Car Park
Houses a Costa Coffee, Subway, Pizza Hut and Koh Thai Noodle Bar.

Cashpoints
Barclays have two free to use cash machines at the Trust, one just outside the main entrance doors and a second outside the Goodness at Greens restaurant on Level 7.
Derriford Centre for Health and Wellbeing
Located behind the main hospital, past ED next to the Staff Car Park C. It is home to a gym, spin studio, group exercise studio and the hospitals Occupational Health department. Find out more about Derriford Centre for Health and Wellbeing
Boots outpatients pharmacy
Located in the multi-storey car park building. Find out more about Derriford Boots pharmacy
Parking Desk
The Parking Information Desk is located at the main entrance, Level 6, and is for all enquiries relating to car parking.
Reception Desk
Situated in the main entrance area, level 6, this is a useful contact for general information e.g. directions to wards and departments, visiting times.
Staff App
The Trust has a free employee app called #1BigTeam. You might find this app helpful as it contains quick links to your email, daily email (a daily email with operational messages) and general information and wayfinding. Find out how to download the #1BigTeam app
Staff Facebook Page
We have a closed staff Facebook group for all University Hospitals Plymouth (UHP) staff. It is a place to share ideas, tips and successes, publicise events, support each other and enjoy being part of a community. It's also a great way to stay up-to-date with discounts and the latest trust news. To join the group, visit the #1BigTeam UHP Staff Facebook Group page and click on the 'join group' button next to the description. WHS Smith
Located on Level 6, further up from the Fresh from Warrens cafe on the right. It has a wide selection of magazines, books, newspapers, and useful items. It also has a Post Office kiosk. It is open Monday to Friday 7am to 9pm and Weekends from 8am to 7pm.
