Shops

M&S Simply Food

The shop sells a range of sandwiches, baguettes and salads as well as ready meals and grocery items.

Where: Next to the main entrance

Open:

• Monday to Friday 7am to 9pm

• Saturday and Sunday 7:30am to 8:30pm

Marks and Spencer store Derriford hospital

 

WHSmith with Post Office

The shop has a wide selection of magazines, books, newspapers, snacks and useful items. It also sells sandwiches, salads and a range of cold drinks. Post Office services are also available.

League of Friends Shop

This shop provides fruit, dried fruit and nuts, water, a variety of small gifts and other useful items. All profit from the shop is donated to the League's Charitable Funds and used to purchase hospital equipment and improve patient care.

Book Shop

The League of Friends book shop sells a range of second-hand hardback and paperbacks. All profit from the shop is donated to the League's Charitable Funds and used to purchase hospital equipment and improve patient care.

Fresh from Warrens Café

Where: Level 6, near the main entrance.

Open: 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This includes the Christmas period.

Eat-in and takeaway service.

A selection of hot and cold options are available including:

• Choice of salads, sandwiches and rolls made fresh every day

• Pasties and traditional bakery products

• Fruit pots, cereal bars, protein bars, smoothies

• Sweets treats and pastries

• Hot and cold drinks

• Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available

Where: Level 3, near the entrance at the back of the building.

Open: Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm

This small café serves a range of hot and cold meal and snack options.

A self-service Starbucks coffee machine is available 24 hours a day.

Where: Level 7

The main hospital restaurant is for visitors, patients and staff. The restaurant serves a variety of meals with hot and cold options throughout the day including:

• Full English breakfast with lighter options available

• At lunchtimes, The Great British Roast, The Nation's Favourite Hot Meal, and Hot Box selections served every day

• Freshly prepared sandwiches, rolls, paninis and toasties

• Salad bar with a daily selection of fresh salads

• Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available.

• Full selection of hot and cold drinks.

• There is a self-service Starbucks coffee machine located in the seating area, which is available 24/7
