Disabled Facilities
Car Parking
There are currently 90 spaces reserved for disabled users at the hospital, some are reserved for wheelchair users only. There are disabled parking bays in many areas, all of which are outside of the barrier controlled car parks. These spaces are free of charge and disabled badge holders may use any non-disabled parking space, not in a barrier controlled car park, free up to a maximum of four hours. A fee is charged for all parking within a barrier controlled car park irrespective of whether drivers have a disabled badge.
Car Park F is the designated disabled car park, all disabled badge holders have the first hour free, after that standard car parking charges apply.
