Steven Keith, Director of People

As Director of People Steven is the Trust's executive lead for staff engagement, our organisational development and employment strategies, and workforce planning. Steven is also responsible for providing professional HR & OD advice and support to the Trust Board. Steven works closely with other Directors, senior managers and clinicians to ensure that we have the right staff in the right place, with the right skills to support the delivery of high quality care to our patients.
