Relaxation Tracks

The Psychological Health and Wellbeing Team often use relaxation as a useful part of many therapeutic approaches. Relaxation is important for a variety of uses in health; it can be used to reduce stress and anxiety, enhance well-being, help sleep, reduce pain and be an important part of pacing.

We have put together these tracks which contain some of the different types of relaxation that we have found help some children and young people. Not all tracks will suit everyone but we hope that you will be able to find one that suits you.
