Minor Injury Unit (MIU) Kingsbridge

Kingsbridge Minor Injury Unit (MIU) will be closed from today, 20 April, for two weeks to allow for refurbishment works to take place. The rest of the hospital at South Hams will be operating as normal.

Whilst the MIU is closed patients can attend alternative urgent treatment centres or minor injury units at the Cumberland Centre or Dartmoor Building

The MIU at Kingsbridge is planned to re-open 4 May.

The Minor Injury Unit at the South Hams Hospital Kingsbridge is open every day to treat you if you have an injury which is not life-threatening, but still requires urgent treatment.

Our team of nurse practitioners have undertaken specialist training and are able to assess, diagnose and treat patients of all ages.

You do not need to pre-book an appointment, just drop-in to the unit during our opening times. On-site parking is free but limited.
