Hello my name is Sue Pendleton and I am Matron for General/Vascular/Emergency Theatres, Neuro Theatres, Theatre Emergency Night Team, Cardiothoracic Theatres, Cardiothoracic Recovery, Catheter Labs and Pacing.

Hearing from you, whether you are a patient or a family member, makes my role worthwhile, whether that is to tell me about a great example of care, or something that needs improving. I want to hear from you because direct patient and family feedback leads to improvements in our services, and positive feedback not only ensures we continue with good practice, but really does give great opportunities for morale boosts for our teams.
