Juliette Richardson “Hello my name is Juliet Richardson and I am Matron for Health care of Elderly. Hearing from you, whether you are a patient or a family member, makes my role worthwhile, whether that is to tell me about a great example of care, or something that needs improving. I want to hear from you because direct patient and family feedback leads to improvements in our services, and positive feedback really does give great opportunities for morale boosts for our staff.
