Hello my name is Mike Lynn and I am the Matron for Respiratory. These cover Hartor, Hexworthy, Honeyford and Chest Clinic.

mike, matron, smiling Hearing from you, whether you are a patient, carer or a family member makes my role worthwhile - whether this is to tell me about a great example of care, or something that needs improving. I want to hear from you because direct patient and family feedback leads to improvements in care delivery.

Positive feedback really does boost moral within my teams as we strive to take advantage of every feedback opportunity.
