Hello my name is Sue Timmins and I am the Matron for Trauma and Orthopaedics. These cover Sharp and Shaugh Wards, Orthopaedic Outpatients, Fracture Clinic, Rheumatology and Meavy Ward.

Hearing from you, whether you are a patient, carer or a family member makes my role worthwhile - whether this is to tell me about a great example of care, or something that needs improving. I truly want to hear from you because direct patient and family feedback leads to improvements in care delivery.

Positive feedback really does boost moral within my teams as we strive to take advantage of every feedback opportunity.
